Why should I work with you?
We started Hartford Property Management company because we struggled to find local property management that met our standards. Work with us because we have higher standards and we’re committed to excellence.
What kind of properties do you manage?
We manage multi-family properties such as duplexes, triplexes, and quads. We manage townhomes and condos as well as single-family homes. We also work with apartment buildings that have five to 100 units.
How do you choose tenants?
We’re committed to a screening process that’s fair, rigorous, and compliant with all fair housing laws. We look for tenants with positive rental history, verifiable income, and no evictions or criminal convictions.
How much do your services cost?
What if rent isn’t paid?
It’s rare not for rent to come in on time, thanks to our good tenant relationships and screening. If we must, we’ll pursue collections leading up to and including eviction.
